How an Installation Moves From Inquiry to Handover

Site survey and line audit. Our engineers visit your facility, measure available floor space, check power supply and compressed air capacity, and review the product flow from intake to pallet. You receive a written summary of constraints before any equipment is proposed.

Process design and quotation. Based on the audit, we map the sorting and packaging stages, specify machine models, and outline integration points with your existing conveyors or control systems. The quote lists every component and the expected delivery window.

Fabrication and factory testing. Machinery is built in our workshop and run with your actual product samples where possible. Sorting accuracy, belt speed, and sealing consistency are checked against the agreed specifications before anything ships.

Delivery and on-site installation. Our crew handles unloading, positioning, and mechanical assembly. We connect the line to your utilities and run a full sequence test with your operators present, adjusting settings where the real conditions differ from the factory floor.

Operator training and documentation. Your team is walked through daily operation, cleaning routines, and common fault responses. You receive a maintenance manual, spare parts list, and contact details for our support desk.

Follow-up visit and performance review. About four weeks after handover, we return to check wear points, review output data, and fine-tune calibration. This visit closes the loop and confirms the line is running at the agreed throughput.

Typical lead time from signed order to handover is 10 to 14 weeks for a standard sorting and packaging line. Custom builds with unusual product handling take longer; we confirm the schedule during the design phase, not after fabrication starts.

Week 1-2: Site audit and line mapping

Our engineers visit your facility to measure floor space, check power supply and review existing conveyors. We map where each sorting module and packaging station will sit before any equipment is ordered.

Week 3-5: Fabrication and dry assembly

Stainless steel frames, optical sensor housings and bagging heads are built at our workshop. Each unit runs a dry cycle with test product so wiring and air pressure settings are confirmed before delivery.

Week 6-7: On-site installation

Modules are craned into place and bolted to your existing floor rails. We connect the control cabinet, run cable trays and align the infeed and outfeed belts so product flow stays continuous.

Week 8: Calibration and operator handover

Your quality team joins us for calibration runs using your actual grain or packaged product. We set sorting thresholds, tune reject timing and train two shifts of operators on daily checks and cleaning routines.

Week 9-10: Ramp-up and performance log

We stay on site during the first full production week, recording throughput, reject rates and downtime. A written handover report lists recommended spare parts and a maintenance schedule for the next twelve months.
