3. Fabrication and Shop Testing

Machinery is built in our Australian workshop with stainless steel contact surfaces and crevice-free welds. Before dispatch, each unit runs a full shift under load while our technicians record vibration, noise, and sorting efficiency against the agreed baseline.

4. Installation and Operator Training

Our crew handles the mechanical and electrical hookup on your site. We then train your line operators and maintenance staff on changeover procedures, sensor calibration, and daily sanitation routines so the line runs without constant vendor support.

5. Performance Verification and Handover

After two weeks of live production, we return to verify sorting accuracy, packaging consistency, and line availability. The handover package includes service intervals, spare parts lists, and a documented calibration schedule tailored to your crop calendar.

6. Ongoing Support and Line Extensions
